Operations Manager

We’re looking for a gifted and proactive Operations Manager to join our team and take the lead on the day-to-day operations of the parish.

You’ll make sure our administration, systems, buildings, finance, compliance, and volunteer structures are strong and sustainable — enabling the whole church to function smoothly, grow well, and stay focused on mission.

You’ll work closely with the Rector and Church Leadership Teams and be a key member of the Staff Leadership Team; helping to plan and deliver the vision and activity of the parish.

This is a varied and rewarding role, well suited to someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, building strong teams, and serving behind-the-scenes with excellence. We recognise the scope of this role is broad. While the core responsibilities remain the same, we understand that applicants will bring different strengths and experiences, and we’re open to shaping the role to reflect that.
